I was brought on to the St Peter’s Hospice team to push forward and help realise their vision for a new website, ecommerce platform and online donation system based on a recent rebrand. The main ambition was to drive an increase in online donations to the charity, as well as tell better stories about their work across the Bristol region.
This was a complex web build with ecommerce and donation systems required the involvement of multiple teams
I helped coordinate a team that went on to dramatically uplift online donations using the new system, and as well as working on content plans and copy. I chaired a website working group and a digital sub-committee to provide updates and key information to internal and external stakeholders.
